Pond Foutnain

A pond fountain can add a dramatic flair to any private oasis. Fountains can be designed to seemingly spring up from the middle of nowhere, or can be incorporated into any number of statues or other pond features. Many people add colored lights to accent a well designed fountain.

A pond fountain, while visually striking, can also serve a practical purpose. Fountains are a great way to aerate your pond, maintaining oxygen levels that keep your aquatic life healthy and thriving. Without proper aeration a pond becomes stagnant, allowing bacteria and algae to take over.

A pond fountain can also help maintain a consistent temperature throughout your pond. A pond often develops different thermal zones when the water is not properly circulated. A fountain can help pull water from the bottom, aerate it, and return it to the top zone, helping to keep the temperature uniform.
