Pond Equipment

Pond equipment can be quite extensive, depending on the particulars of your design. Basic equipment will always include a pond liner and filter of some kind. More advanced designs require additional equipment.

Pumps and skimmers are common pieces of pond equipment. These are essential for the proper circulation and filtering of your water. Without these, ponds can easily become loaded with debris, which can choke the oxygen supply in the water.

Fountains and waterfalls are also excellent ways to circulate the water in your pond. These items often require additional pond equipment like tubing, larger pumps and occasionally more landscaping items. These are often accented with additional lighting equipment as well.
